Purpose and Need

 The purpose of this project is to prepare an Environmental Assessment (EA) and a Design Concept Report (DCR) to evaluate the extension of El Mirage Road between Loop 303 and Jomax Road and select a Preferred Alternative for further action. The need is to meet current and projected traffic demands and provide regional connectivity to Loop 303.
